Benefits of my coaching

At some point in our lives, we all face challenges. Family, friends and healthcare professionals have an important role to play, but there are times when it helps to speak with someone independent who can offer space for reflection without being personally involved in your situation.

There are times when you want to speak to someone who doesn’t know you or your background, someone who can listen, empathise and guide you to find your own solutions.

I am experienced and passionate about coaching because it can be a journey of discovery into the unknown. I ask questions that allow you to reflect on your life and begin to see things with greater clarity. My role is to help draw out your inner strengths without projecting my own answers or judging you.

Using a blend of NLP Coaching, EFT and CBT-informed approaches, we can explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviour, clarify what matters most to you, and identify practical steps towards meaningful goals and change.

Some of my coaching programmes are structured and include exercises or work between sessions. At other times, a less structured and more reflective approach may be appropriate, depending on what is happening in your life at the time.

My coaching philosophy is that I am simply a catalyst. I am not here to tell people how to live their lives. I believe that, at a deeper level, we often already know more than we realise. My role is to help you reconnect with who you really are and draw upon your own innate capacity for growth and self-healing.

I work with a wide range of personal and professional issues, including anxiety, low mood, stress, confidence, self-esteem, relationships, anger, career change, work-life balance and life purpose.

My approach draws on my training and experience across cognitive behavioural coaching, NLP and reflective coaching. This allows me to adapt the way I work to the individual, rather than applying the same coaching method to everyone.

Where someone’s needs fall outside the scope of coaching, I will encourage them to seek appropriate professional or clinical support.

Before making a commitment, ask yourself: Are you ready to change? And remember, change doesn’t happen overnight.

I am also known for coaching life coaches and mentoring those who want to become coaches.

I’m based in Tunbridge Wells, where I offer life coaching locally as well as online.
