It is a space where you can reflect more clearly on what matters, and begin to understand what may already be present but not yet fully seen.

Through conversation, careful questioning, and exploration, coaching helps bring greater clarity to your thinking — allowing decisions and next steps to emerge more naturally.


When Life Coaching Can Help

People come to coaching for many different reasons.

Sometimes there is a clear situation or decision. At other times, it begins with a more general sense that something needs attention.

This might include:

  • feeling stuck or uncertain about direction
  • navigating change or transition
  • wanting greater clarity or confidence
  • questioning what feels meaningful
  • feeling that something is out of alignment

Working Together

Coaching sessions provide a calm and confidential space to explore your thoughts, decisions, and direction.

Sessions can take place online, offering flexibility, or locally where appropriate.

You don’t need to arrive with a clear plan — often it begins simply with a conversation.


Fees

Coaching is offered on a simple and transparent basis.

A free 30-minute initial conversation is available to explore what you’re looking for and whether coaching feels like a good fit.

If you decide to continue, most people work together over a structured series of sessions, typically 5–12 sessions, each lasting around 60–90 minutes.


Pricing and Commitment

Coaching programmes typically range between £1,200–£1,500, depending on the depth and duration of the work.

Many people find that after around five or six sessions, there is already a noticeable shift — whether in clarity, confidence, or direction.

Many people come to coaching at a point where gaining clarity feels more valuable than continuing to feel stuck.

Where possible, flexibility can be offered, including shorter programmes or staged payments.


Single Session Option

For those who would prefer to begin with a single conversation, individual sessions are available at £150 per session.

This can be a useful way to explore a specific question or gain clarity before deciding whether to continue further.
